Why CrossFit?

After having both of my kids I was looking for something outside the traditional gym, and I had "retired" from running half marathons. I discovered a wonderful community of people who would become some of my closest friends, on top of having a great time together challenging each other.

I enjoy CrossFit because there are always new goals to chase, and despite vastly different fitness levels within one class, everyone can share in the same "suffering!”
